fence panels plus lockable gate - to enclose upper terrace/balcony.

repair/re-furbishment of floor recessed outdoor cloister garden lights (x 26)
either a) enclosures + wiring to be retained, glass tops (most already broken) to be replaced by 6mm perspex, new ip65 led lamp holder / 10w led bulb to be installed in each. or b) replacement ip65 units fitted.
eicr certification + rcbo check.
26 x £150 = £3900.
