AWD RESTORATIONS began in 2004, with the re-development of a small watchmakers 'topshop' property in Earlsdon - and since then we've tackled an un-loved 4-bed late Victorian schoolmasters house, a part-derelict canal side Vicarage, a 1930's two-up two down, plus (most recently) a £2.5m project to convert two semi-detached Victorian mansion properties left open to the elements for years, into 10 luxury two bedroom apartments - not far from Coventry City Centre.

CWLEP 'champions' members since 2016, we are passionate about Coventry - and take every opportunity to use our creativity and talent to make the city a better place. Pro-bono projects have included the 'visitcoventry.net' visitor website (and daily social media), heading up of the @CETpopup Community Artspace (25,000 visitors in 12 months), campaigns to raise the profile of Coventy's historical assets including the 'removal of Upper Precinct Escalator' petition, and several City Centre regeneration initiatives - the most recent of which being a proposal to re-develop the iconic 1970s 'Elephant' sports and leisure building into a Community Arts &  Museum cultural venue.
